This 3-hour workshop brings together program leaders to move IET from concept to measurable outcomes. Participants will explore how AI can be used to design, plan, evaluate, and scale IET programs, positioning it as a practical tool for program planning and continuous improvement. The focus is on helping leaders make stronger decisions, build coherent program models, and ensure long-term sustainability—rather than on technology demonstrations.
