ACE of Florida’s leadership teams in ABE/GED, ESOL and Adult High School Credit welcome the opportunity for teams of professionals from organizations across the state to collaboratively work in helping to develop an overview of best practices in Florida’s adult education programs. The goal is to bring adult education professionals representing the various adult education programs to a “roll-up-your-sleeves and get-to-work” session at the Westgate River Ranch, www.wgriverranch.com. Experienced and highly qualified participants should include program administrators, grant writers, program assessment specialists, data reporting personnel, staff development trainers and lead teachers within all aspects of adult education.
These teams of adult educators will actively network, pool resources and present their most effective models of instruction and best practices. We aren’t reinventing the wheel, just collaborating, ascertaining and sharing the most effective adult education classroom techniques, marketing ideas, test taking skills, grant writing expertise, and staff development concepts that will enhance our student’s performance and success. Each participating team will leave the Round-up with a saddlebag of resources, ideas and best practices.
The registration price to participate in this event is:
$500 – Double Occupancy
$625 – Single Occupancy

* Hotel Room for 2 nights – February 10th and 11th
* 6 meals – February 10th Dinner; February 11th Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; February 12th Breakfast and Lunch
